Load previous version of the strategy

Have you ever wished you could turn back time and revisit a previous version of your trading strategy? With Vestinda, you can! Our Load Previous Version feature allows you to load and continue from earlier versions of your strategy. It's a powerful tool for refining and optimizing your trading approach.

Here's how to do it

Step 1: Access Your Backtesting History

Navigate to the Backtesting History section. You can find this as a separate Tab in the are where you Edit your strategy.

Step 2: Select the Version You Want

1. In the Backtesting History section, you'll see a list of your previous strategy backtests. Each backtesting result is accompanied by a "Load version" button also.
2. Click on the small arrow and then the "Load version" button next to the version you wish to revisit.

Step 3: Confirm and Load

1. A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to proceed.
2. Confirm your choice, and Vestinda will load the selected version in the Strategy Builder.

Step 4: Continue from the Previous Version

1. Once the previous version is loaded, you can pick up where you left off.
2. Analyze the strategy, make adjustments, and continue refining it based on your previous work.

By using the Backtesting History feature and loading previous versions of your strategy, you can fine-tune your trading approach, test different settings, and ultimately improve your trading performance.
