How to disable Two-factor authentication (2FA)
In case you lost access to the device or removed your Vestinda account from the Authenticator app by mistake (while still having it enabled inside the Vestinda app), just re-install the Authenticator app on the same device or a new one and add the Vestinda account again.
Step 1
Login to your Vestinda account. Learn how.
Step 2
Once you're logged in into Vestinda app, click on the Account link from the left menu and go to the Security tab or click on the Account dropdown (top right) then click on the Security link.
Step 3
You'll end up on your Account page, Security tab.
Identify the Two-factor authentication section.
Step 4
In order to disable 2FA for you Vestinda account, enter your Vestinda acount password and the Verification code from the Google Authenticator app.
Click on the Disable 2FA button to disable two-factor authentication.
You should receive a message that you successfully disabled 2FA, like in the screenshot below:
